Lasse Hallström, der auch Filme wie "Chocolat" und "Gilbert Grape" gedreht hat, beweist hier abermals sein Können als Regisseur. Ein Feel-Good-Film über die Liebe zu Hunden, warmherzig und sehr gefühlsbetont.
