Valerian and Laureline, two types of the human species, are special agents and responsible for order in the universe. It plays in the future. Their commander gives them the order to find the last available transmutator from planet Mül. This belt animal can reproduce things in the shortest possible time. But the species pearls get in the way. Who are the Pearls and what do they want?

Luc Besson, the director who was already filmed "The fifth element", which was so far ahead of his time, shows us here a very picture-fuddling film of high precision in the animation and of great artistic variety. This distracts from the rather mediocre plot.

Valerian und Laureline, zwei Typen der menschlichen Spezies, sind Spezialagenten und für die Ordnung im Universum zuständig. Es spielt in weiter Zukunft. Ihr Kommandant gibt Ihnen den Auftrag, den letzten verfügbaren Transmutator vom Planeten Mül zu suchen. Dieses Gürteltier kann Dinge in kürzester Zeit reproduzieren und vervielfältigen. Doch die Pearl kommen ihnen in die Quere. Wer sind die Pearl und was wollen sie? 

Kultregisseur Luc Besson, der auch schon "Das fünfte Elemente" drehte und damit seiner Zeit weit voraus war, zeigt uns hier einen sehr bilderberauschenden Film von hoher Präzision in der Animation und von großer künstlerischer Vielfalt, was die Details angeht. Dies lenkt von dem eher mittelmäßigen Plot ab.

A father experiences the puberty of his daughter and tries to give his best. But this is not always the right thing ...

A light, easy-going comedy with some very overstated scenes that look quite apishly. An average film, in which the actor's performance of Harriet is particularly convincing. But the character in itself, Harriet plays, Carla, is not so convincingly constructed, because she really doesnt is such a rebelious teenager at all. Rather a good girl. The film has its five minutes, where Jan Josef Liefers interprets a pupil's poem at a parent's conference. Otherwise we have seen better films by Leander Haußmann. But a pleasant movie evening promises this movie definitely.

Ein Vater erlebt die Pubertät seiner Tochter und versucht sein Bestes zu geben. Doch das ist wohl nicht immer das Richtige...

Locker leichte Komödie mit einigen sehr überzogenen Szenen, die recht affig wirken. Durchschnittlicher Film, bei dem vor allem die schauspielerische Leistung von Harriet überzeugt.  Doch die Figur an sich, die Harriet spielt, Carla, ist nicht so überzeugend konstruiert, denn ein wirklich aufmüpfiger Teenager scheint sie gar nicht zu sein. Eher ein braves Mädchen. Der Film hat seine 5 Minuten, nämlich dort, wo Jan Josef Liefers ein Gedicht eines Schülers bei einer Elternkonferenz interpretiert. Ansonsten haben wir schon bessere Filme von Leander Haußmann gesehen. Aber einen angenehmen Filmabend verspricht dieser Film auf jeden Fall.

Despicable Me 3

Balthazar Bratt steals a very large diamond. Gru, however, finds his twin brother and travels with his family to him. Gru is given up by the minions as villian, since Gru is no longer allowed to work as a secret agent, same with Lucy. Dru, his brother persuaded him to steal Bratt's diamond ...
 
Passable fun, but the adult does not enjoy the actual story except the brief interludes of the Minions, which are really a grand invention. Otherwise, the film is presented in a rather annoying hyperactivity.

Balthazar Bratt stiehlt einen sehr großen Diamanten. Gru indessen findet seinen Zwillingsbruder und reist mit seiner Familie zu ihm. Die Minions haben Gru als Anführer aufgegeben, da Gru nicht mehr als Geheimagent arbeiten darf, ebenfalls Lucy nicht. Dru, sein Bruder überredet ihn, den Diamanten von Bratt zu stehlen... 

Passabler Spaß, doch erfreut sich der Erwachsene nicht der eigentlichen Story sondern der kurzen Zwischenspiele der Minions, die wirklich eine grandiose Erfindung sind. Ansonsten ist der Film in einer eher nervigen Hyperaktivität dargestellt.
