Michael Stone is a best-selling-author about customer service and travels to a hotel in Cincinnati. The next day he has a lecture. Michael Stone ist Bestsellerautor im Bereich Kundenservice und reist in ein  Hotel in Cincinnati. Am nächsten Tag hat er eine Vorlesung.
