A perfect world

Der Roadmovie "A perfect world" von Clint Eastwood aus dem Jahr 1993 dreht sich um eine Gefängnisflucht mit Geiselnahme. Es spielen u.a. mit: Clint Eastwood, Kevin Costner und Laura Dern. Obwohl ein Logikfehler in der Charakterdarstellung von Butch (Costner) auftaucht, der wahrscheinlich absichtlich ignoriert wurde, der Spannung wegen, obwohl die Polizeiarbeit klischeehaftig wirkt und obwohl das Ende des Films ein bisschen zu überzogene Theatralik darstellt, werte ich den Film trotzdem mit 5 von 5 Punkten, da er von der Gegensätzlichkeit der zwei Hauptprotagonisten getragen wird und deren Sympathie füreinander, was konstant spannend zu beobachten ist.

P.S.: Es ist ganz offensichtlich, dass der Regisseur männlich ist. Aber dieses Kommentar werde ich kein zweites mal bringen, denn es trifft ja fast immer zu. Erinner dich nur dran: Das Filmbusiness ist eine Patriarchat.

Although there's a logic error in the character representation of Butch (Costner), which was probably ignored deliberately because of tension configuration, even though policing acts stereotyped and although the end of the film is a bit too exaggerated theatricality, I give 5 of 5 points, because the film is supported by the contrast between the two main protagonists and their sympathy for each other, which is constantly fascinating.

PS: It is quite obvious that the director is male. But this comment I won't bring a second time, because it's true almost always. So just remember: The film business is a patriarchy.
